The Executive Development Programme (EDP) is a professional development programme aligned to the Senior Management Services (SMS) competency framework. It aims to equip senior managers (Directors and Chief Directors) with the knowledge and skills required to perform effectively in their day-to-day operations.
- Complete six core courses to qualify for a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from one of the eight universities delivering the programme.
- Complete only four more modules to earn credits towards a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) if you have a first degree.
- Or top up your professional skills portfolio by completing the relevant modules to earn a credit bearing certificate of competence.
