Prof. Mollo studied Law and holds two masters degrees from the US Naval Postgraduate School: one in International Security and Civil Military Relations, and another in National Security Affairs on Regional Studies of Sub-Saharan Africa. |

ABOUT THE BRANCH
Apart from the Director-General’s daily management obligations as Accounting Officer, he has various strategic responsibilities in several key areas. These include leading the top management team in fulfilling the department’s mandate, under the guidance of the Minister for Public Service and Administration; driving the reconstituted PALAMA as the Public Service Academy; representing its interests both domestically and in the international arena; and accounting to Parliament on its delivery and to the Auditor-General for its resources.
