The DRC Training Project is a joint initiative between the respective RSA and DRC Ministries of Public Service and Administration with the aim of rolling out senior management training in the short term through the training of trainers approach and establishing a Public Service Academy (ENA) in the DRC in the long term.

Various documents outline strategies developed by the Government of Rwanda in pursuit of development goals.

The Millenium Development Goals for Sudan include: Eradication of Poverty and Hunger; The Achievement of Universal Primary Education; Promotion of Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women; Reduction of Child Mortality; Improvement of Maternal Health; Combatting HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other diseases; Environmental Stability; and Global Partnetships for Development.
